I specialise in powerlifting, strength training, glute work, and building confidence. My programmes aren’t random workouts you can find on Google. They’re tailored workouts built on proven practices to get you stronger, keep you injury-free, and build muscle.

When it comes to nutrition, I could hand you a rigid meal plan, but that wouldn’t help long-term. So, instead, I’ll help you build habits that make eating well easy and sustainable, so you can enjoy real food and real life without derailing progress.

Most importantly, I make fitness fit around you. Whether you have a busy family, work, or social life (or all three!), I’ll help you get stronger, more confident, and in the best shape of your life – without turning everything upside down.
